Do you remember a 1970's ride-on toy with two large orange balls as wheels?

Does anyone remember the name and make of a mid to late 1970's ride-on toy with two large orange balls as wheels? It had a blue frame and you sat within it & steered the front ball with two handle grips which also operated friction brakes on the ball wheels?

The one I'm thinking of had a large ball at the front and one at rear, you sat in a low slung plastic seat within the frame - I've never had one, but always fancied one as a child. I think it was intended for use to ride down sand dunes & looked really cool!
It sounds a little bit like a Big Wheel, but that had three wheels.
