What are critical incident reports?
How can they be applied in the workplace? please note, I am not looking for medical profession related answers as thats all search engines give...Help!!...thanks :)

Try Googling for 'Crisis Management Centre' or 'Disaster Recovery' (and similar phrases). I think that's the sort of thing you are referring to. The report is an output of an enquiry following such an incident. For example, following the major fire at the Hemel Hempstead oil depot last year.
