Sky remote control

Have just installed new TV but volume control on sky remote box doesn't work though it did on the old TV. What do I need to do, please to correct this. Many thanks

If you,ve still got the instruction manual from the sky box it should include a list of codes for all different make tellys so you can enter the one that fits yours. Manual will also tell you how to do this. You can ring Sky, they can find the code and talk you thru it, or if you post you telly make and model numbers I'll check my list for you.

You have to enter a code to work with the tv, all the codes are listed in the sky manual, if you dont have the manual post the manufacturer of the tv on here and im sure someone will help you out

Hi....
All can be done via your remote, using following instructions.
If you press the interactive button on your remote........
then press....customer support.........
then go to ......your sky remote.......
it takes you to .....how to programme your sky remote....
this will then guide you through all codes and instructions to reprogram your remote
