IBS has many triggers. It possibly could affect you? I know wheat and dairy are main triggers. Try taking it out of your diet and see if it has any effect. If it makes you feel better by not drinking it then simply don't drink it!

I suffer from IBS and I cant drink ribena, it gives me a bad stomach. It took me a while to figure it out though.

Believe it or not I had ulcerative colitis and as well as tea/coffee effecting me the fact of a soft drink being out of the fridge or room temperature used to effect me too. I've had a total colectomy (all of my large bowel removed)after years of suffering and life couldn't be better - although its not easy to begin or live with.
