Mine's finally given up the ghost. :-(
Does anyone know where I can get a new one? The two frying pans hinged together type, not the flatbread/wrap sort?

Many thanks.

Oooh, thats the type of thing thanks beryllium but that one looks a bit shallow, ideally Im after a deep pan one. Thanks for your help.
I've never heard of a special tortilla pan - I just use an ordinary omelette pan and when one side is done put a plate over the top, invert and slide back in to do the other side - that's what Spaniards do!

Thanks BBWCHATT, I thought that first one looked ideal but upon closer inspection its only 11cm wide thats not much more than a mouthful for me!!

I havent used the plate method for years marvin, got a girotortilla which I dusted off for yesterday but once youve progressed to the twin pan method theres no going back! Have a looksee..
