Im in the market for a new mobile phone. What are the best ones around, function-wise and also nice to look at?

Personally i go with Ericsson T39 Loads of the latest dangles etc, and simple, easy, has multiple numbers per person (with little icons for work home and mobile) all the usual voice activation c rap , bluetooth (not much use) LOADS of space for messages and names and numbers a "Favourites Folder" type thing, which you can add to and organise. Most useful thing that no one told me about when i was looking for a new phone was that T39 has a calender thing and you can input appointments etc and it gives you reminders (you can set when) so useful. I've had mine for 7 months, nothing broken yet. Ariel is surprisingly not breakable, phone's been thrown around, left in bags, left in pockets dropped etc. Battery life about 250(+) hours standby with smallest battery. Apparently T68 (colour + more expensive) is good, but: 1. It adds little other than colour -at battery life expense- 2. It looks ugly Don't go for 8210 or 8310, all kinds of problems from friends with these phones... in particular the screens on the 8210's. Other nokia phones seem good (?) Hope this helps.
