Does anyone know the best way to stretch a merino jumper having been shrunk slightly in the wash?

I seem to have stretched it back to the normal size across the width by stretching it over a chair, but it is still slightly too short at the bottom.

Thanks.

get someone really fat 2 wear it lol
only a guess but....re-wet it and then put it on a hanger and then hang weights from the bottom of the jumper to pull it /stretch it down. Maybe attach washing pegs or bulldog clips with some weight tied to them, just make sure the weight are evenly spread along the bottom or it will stretch uneven .
Hi, leave the jumper in a solution of fabric conditioner overnight, in the morning give it a gentle spin then hang on a padded hanger to dry. Don't try stretching it when its dry as this will break the fibres.

Have you tried ironing it on a gentle heat setting, lengthwise, whilst it's slightly damp?
