holiday laws
hi i have a big problem i'm hoping to go away with 8 of my friends two of which are 18, one 17 and the rest being 16. Is there any law that can stop us flying and staying in a hotel abroad. I've heard that if you are 16 with no parent guardian on holiday you cannot go on watersports. is this true? sorry if i sound silly it's just i haven't got an idea about this as it is my first holiday abroad with friends.

When this happened to my daughter and friends the mums went with them to book and one stood as guarantor for the money
my daughter and her friends were 17 the 1st time they went, all the mums were happy for them 2 go, all had been abroad on family hols, school trips etc. they had a great time and 4 years on are still holidaying together. I cant see any problem with 16 yr olds going on hols - dont forget they can marry etc at that age! You have 2 let them loose at some stage!
