I have about �9000 to spend and want a MPV, what is the best type to get?

Some of the seats are bloomin' heavy to lift and shift and when push comes to shove just not that versatile. We had Galaxys for donkeys years, as you could have the seats in or out to suit job at hand. I could lift and shift the chairs without hubby if required ( some others too bulky or too heavy ) When replaced after a couple of years we re test drove most of them again. Still arrived at the same conclusion.
Mine were petrol but would only buy a diesel now. If I could do something in the design department I would have liked it to have one sliding door.
