Almost every hotel will have it's own excursion bus or readily be able to arrange for your trip(s) and will be very helpful in getting you the best price possible... Welcome to the U.S., by the way!
i would think that it would be cheaper to book all you trips when you get there as you will have greater choice to choose from
Definitely book when you get there, as you can compate offerings from different hotels / tour operators.

Also gives you the chance to negotiate the price and maybe even tailor the trip to your requirements.

There also tends to be more information out there, so you can see what are the more interesting things to do.
Yes, I'd wait until you got there. Not only will there be more choice, you can choose knowing what the weather forecast will be, but most of all it'll be a surprise!
It is worth having an idea of how much you could get trips for over the internet. Any hotel will try and add a "booking fee" to the price of the trip. If you've got no idea how much the trip should cost you can easily be ripped off. If however you say "oh but it only costs x over the net" they will suddenly be able to offer it to you at a special rate!!

Thanks guys for your help

Cheers
Book when you get there, the exchange rate is good at the moment [ pls mr Bush dont bomb anywhere else] and you are getting more dollars for your pound, where as from here its a fixed price.
Just ask your hotel for a free " Whats On" magazine when you check in and every tour possible is advertised. You can phone from your hotel room and book thus avoiding the booking fee charge.
Also, hottest show there currently is the Beatles "Love" show from Cirque du Soleil. Apparently fantastic!
anyone got an idea of the ticket prices for this new Beatles show in Vegas ?
