two of my staff have gone and booked a weeks holiday for next christmas without asking me!!!!!! i am already wondering how I can tell them that in retail you work every day but xmas day and there are no hols.

So Dot ...they have one of those dumb job contracts where they are entitled to x amount of leave but aren't allowed to take it ... then are penalised the next year because they had so much left?
