blimey 8.20 am? I drove past there at pretty much exactly that time but i saw nothing!!!! I park my car across from there and I walked over the bridge and saw no police tat i recall, wierd. the spot where the body was is supposed to be just behind the outside cash machines and i would have been right acress from there at that time, very odd. One woman at work whose daughter works in tescos, next to where the body was found, says a member of the staff heard something about 4am on the night shift but felt too nervous to go and look as it is down some stone steps in the dark.
Maybe the call was put in at that time rather than that's when they turned up or maybe they just send someone down first to see if it was a legit call. Very wierd though.
Not a nice feeling I know, where I used to live a woman was stabbed 7 times by some nutter right outside, was on Crimewatch but never heard anything about them catching anyone though. Our street was sealed off for days and we had to sign in and out, had a mobile police station and all sorts. Not nice.
