Does anyone know of a less expensive alternative to amtico for domestic use?

karndean do a version which is slightly cheaper than amtico: http://www.karndean.com/search_uk.asp?search_o ption=

but otherwise go to a carpet warehouse as they often stock vinyl flooring.
