printer prblem - stopped printing.

i have a lexmark 1150 printer & scanner.
it used to work fine but has just stopped for no reason.

ive reinstalled the printer, restored the driver.
help i need it for work but im pretty much it illiterate.

please hel as i cant afford to hire someone to come and look at it!

My sister-in-law had the same problem with this model........think they may be serious fault in equipment. She had four models replaced and still had problem - firstly with ink cartridges then stopped printing altogether.
She returned the models and demanded a full refund which they gracefully gave everytime.

She was advised the final time to change models - this advice was given by assistant at PC World - told her it wasnt the first model to be returned.
Get rid as soon as possible if i were you. Lexmark newest model with Pictbridge is on sale for 49.99.
