Mr Ben, if you get a round-bottomed bag/pocket and put two marbles in it, you will find that one will inevitably settle lower than the other...so don't worry about the equivalent in your own case!
4getmenot - I was thinking more of the difference between testicle & breast examinations at the time, but as you've mentioned it, cervical smear tests aren't very pleasant either! Still cold & uncomfortable - so I'd still rather cough!
But being a woman, I just lay back & think of England!
Eric Git - just wondering, is Eric short for Erica, as you say you've had a hyserectomy ( or are you using someone else's username)?
Anyway, even though you've had a hysterectomy, you sometimes still have to have smear tests.
I know that if you've had a hysterectomy due to cervical cancer, or in some cases pre-cancerous cells, you have what is called a 'Vault Smear' every so many years.
and what nice names would there be for that then? coz I'm sure if they called it, Raindrops on roses, whiskers on kittens, Bright copper kettles or warm woollen mittens
or Brown paper packages tied up with string coz I'm sure these wouldnt be your fave things anymore :-)
