ive recently got a bridge card and was just wondering whats the best things to do at the gym to fat burn rather than tone, i use the cross trainer, the bikes and runner i cant really use the runner for long thou as i have a weak foot is it best to go fast to fat burn or slow?? etc
When i burn fat, i go fast on the treadmill but spread my legs as far as i can on the treadmill, for the cross trainer i put it on a harder level (so its harder to do) but try and go fast if that makes sense.
I also do Spin class each week - this is about 45mins on a bike that mloves and you havr to peddle fast and up and down which rids about 300 cals in 1 class, not for the faint hearted though but give it a go.
