Probably at a privately-owned radio and TV shop who employ an otherwise retired engineer!
A problem might be a lack of available spares - some of the Phillips from those days suffered from a condition known as 'tired motor' where after a time the motor simply lacked any power. Not repairable, and would have to be replaced. Not many replacements around these days!
Get it repaired and then transfer all your tapes to CD. Would be interested in the quality of the CD recordings from these tapes. My cassette recordings are OK (sacrilege!!!??)
