name the horror

anyone know what this horror film is called:

it involves people being stranded in the woods (as cars have broken down) and 3 inbred brothers (proper hicks) trying to kill them, and chasing them through the woods. at one point the good people are stuck on this really tall wooden lookout tower which i think the hicks try to set on fire.

any ideas?
