Boundary

How do I know which is my boundary? The house next door, which is at right angles to mine, meaning the end of their garden forms part of the left hand side of my rear garden, they erected a wall there many years ago and it has now blown down into my garden. Who is responsible?

See your title deeds- esp. lease (if leasehold) or first sale deed from developer after house newly-built. Plans on deeds should show T-marks indicating boundary ownership.
