I have an ankle iinjury which I have had for about 2 months now. I have pain after running for about 3 miles on the inside of my foot. Any suggestions?

go see see ur doctor. they can best tell u what to do.

perhaps limit the exercise you are doing on it, or whilst it is still healing do low impact exercise like swimming so it can heal and strengthen.

I rested for about 4 weeks but still have the problem. I am meant to be doing a half marathon in a few months. I have considered seeing a physio but not really sure.
