I have off shoots from my plant can I cut them off and if so where in order to grow another plant.

The best thing to do is set the bottom of the Yucca plants in rooting hormone. You can buy this at any garden supply . Use fresh pottig soil and thrn cover entire planting in a plastic bag until leafs appear. Remember to keep the soil moist not wet.
