want to be a doctor

my gcse levels weren't at A level when i left school, i was mainly getting C's. I am now 18 and for the past 2 years have been playing football full time and i don't think football is for me. i would like to go to college to get my grade's at a higher level in science and maths so i can try and get onto a medical course. whats the best advice you can give me?

ok,
you you will probably have to retake GCSE (at least 1 year)and get a grade B (prefeably) in (biology , Chemisty and english) at least then take another two years doings A Levels in the same subjects
after that apply for a degree course in a university to do either an BSc or BA (a least 3 years) then move into a medical/doctor type course.

when you have yourself a degree your doing well, most good jobs are easily within your reach, but
if you want to be a doctor, i would guess about around at least 5 years ..... more than likely 8 years of heavy study will get you a Doctorate ie @ Dr Bailey10
then the world will really be you oyster and you the pearl
