Alkaline Trio?

I have just heard snippets from this band. I was just wondering what album of theirs I should start with? I have heard Crimson but what other albums of theirs are good?

Thanks for your answers. Cyanide, I hadnt noticed someone answered the Courtney Love question. I got the album yesterday and it is better than I expected. I also cant wait until she releases her new album.

I read about the film in Kerrang a few weeks ago. I think it would be quite interesting but it would proberly give the media and the critics even more reason to (unjustly) have a go at her. I hope the album release is not delayed but I have a feeling it will.

I know,another thing that bugs me is the media use of the term "widow of Kurt Cobain."..yes we know!!!

I feel sorry for Courtney as the press continually seem to be on her back about something, but when I have seen her being interviewed she seems really down to earth. I will have a look at the website link. What was she like when you met her?

Ha,ha now there lies a story,a complete nut job is probably the best way to describe her,she threw a glass at some guy and it hit my shoulder instead and after she apologised for about an hour she blamed me for being in the way!I also met her before she was famous in a club in liverpool,she`d just split up with julian and was telling me about how she was going back to the states to "take over the world."

Eventfull! She does seem to be a bit scatty but I think that adds to her charm. I hope the new album does brilliantly and the critics will have to eat there words. I think Hole and Courtney are really underrated hardly anyone I know can name one Hole song, how lame.

Ha,ha i agree that is lame.Hole had so much potential but were so overlooked,yes a lot of that was down to Courtneys antics but she is a fantastic songwriter and actress without ever having to carry the burden of the WIDOW tag,how awful.She ****** people off by not dying as well,ha ha,nice one.Have you tried this site www.moonwashedrose.com?

That website looks quite cool, just when I seen the advert on it. Do you have the dirty blonde book? I got it at christmas but Im only half way through it. I also bought the Poppy Brite biography but I havent read it yet.

Yes the poppy brite book is excellent,probably the most truthful,i love Dirty Blonde but the chapter on Kurt is really sad.We`ll get banned soon for chatting,ha ha.
