I am 10 weeks pregnant and last night i started experiencing stomach pains that felt almost like contractions, is this bad?

Go to you doc hun just to make sure. Im 4 months and i get pains now and again and the midwife says everything is fine, everyone is different though so go and check just so your not worrying. Goo
