satellite on my pc

just looking on the web and was thinking of buying tv on pc elite, which gets hundreds of channels from abroad. could anyone please tell me whether this would be a good purchase? and if i can then watch it on my tv? thanks.

It's a complete rip off. The channels available are ones you would never choose to watch - read the pc elite advert carefully - nowhere does it mention channel names.
The stream quality is generally dreadful - so the picture appears jerky at best.

You can only watch it on your tv if you can connect your pc to it.

Unless your pc is connected to a satellite dish, you will not be able to watch any satellite tv on your pc.

You can probably find some streamed channels, but they will be rubbish, and the quality is not good.

If you go to the bbc news site, you will be able to watch streamed news there - that is considered the best quality for streamed tv - and you wouldn't want to watch a full length film in that format.
