gorgeous hot chocolate
i went to Krakow, Poland recently and had a GORGEOUS hot chocolate in Tribeca cafe. I was just wondering if, miraculously, someone here had been there too and knows what im on about and possibly even know how to make it??
If not, ill describe it and hope that maybe someone has a recipe for the perfect hot chocolate? It was VERY thick - almost custard thick - and rich. I had a hot chocolate vienna which is basically triple hot chocolate - white hot chocolate, dark hot chocolate and milk hot chocolate.
If you have a gd recipe I would be so happy if you had any recipes which are anything like the above! Thanks

Triple Hot Chocolate
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk, divided
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1 (1 ounce) bittersweet chocolate squares
1 (1 ounce) white chocolate baking squares
3/4 cup whipped cream
6 teaspoons mini chocolate chips
Combine sugar, cocoa, salt and 1/2 cup milk in medium bowl.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into crock pot.
Add remaining milk and vanilla extract.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
Add cream; cover and cook on LOW for 10 minutes.
Stir in bittersweet and white chocolates.
Pour hot chocolate into 6 coffee cups.
Top each with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and 1 teaspoon chocolate chips.

709.77 ml milk, divided
3.70 ml vanilla extract
236.59 ml heavy cream
1 (28 1/3 g) bittersweet chocolate squares
1 (28 1/3 g) white chocolate baking squares
177.44 ml whipped cream
29.57 ml mini chocolate chips
