don't be annoyed - when you have been here a while you user name will turn gray instead of green and then you will be able to report questions that are in the wrong category, the ed will then check these flagged questions and generally refiles them to the appropriate section

Hmmm, unfortunately, your category will always be pushed down, as a lot of people ask questions on here. You seem to have a control issue. If things dont go your way, you seem to whine and complain, trying to make yourself noticed. Why not accept what is going on around you and understand that you cant have things the way you want them.
