Ok guys...I've been invited to an interview to become a junior photographer on a cruise ship based in Miami. It's always been my dream to travel and work at the same time and this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. However, by my friends and family I'm considered a homebody, but that's not who I really am. I feel my family and especially my mum will be hurt that I'll be away from the UK for about 8 months a year. I have the travel experience and I'm independent....I dont know how to get rid of this niggling thought, should I go for the job?.......Thanks for your answers
its no use looking back in years to come and think 'what if' go for it enjoy the experience and come back all the wiser for it.................................................

I think you should go for it! I'm currently doing a degree to become a photographer and a few years ago i would have jumped at the chance to do something like that! But i'm also a young Mum and would only be able to work locally. So take evrery oppinunity you get so that you've got no regets and what if's.
