joshie, can i just say - you said you thought that counselling wasn't for you .
As the biggest former cynic of counselling and all that it claims to be, I really don't know what I would have done without my counsellor over the past 9 months.
And that's a big admission, believe me.

Although I did'nt reply ( I was out) joshieboyo. I've just read your post's and I wish you all the luck in the world. It must be so hard for you losing your life's partner. My Mother was so lonely after my Dad passed away. We're always here if you need us. Are you Welsh joshie? Im from Cardiff. x
