Hi has anyone heard of, or even better - done! - the walk slim dvd by Leslie Snowdon. I've been doing Davina's Power of 3 and it's been crippling me, i wondered if the walk slim one was easier on me but still has good results? Or any other suggestions would be good - I can't take another day of shuffling around like an old woman after a workout!! Thanks!
I lost a lot of weight by walking and not changing my diet.You dont need a dvd though, just do at least 30 mins to an hour very day(with the odd day off) and build up your time, so that you are walking about 20 miles a week(eventually).Then you can supplement this with easier toning excercises.Walking uphill is a great thigh toner and fat-burner, and less boring than stuck at home with a dvd.Get an mp3player too, and off you go!
Thanks! I do walk the dog for about 30 minutes a day but I guess that's not very strenuous as most of the time I'm stopped throwing sticks for her! Thanks for your answer!
