can anyone tell me if there is a minimum temperature
you can work in.indoors.i.e.a shop.

The law states a reasonable temperature.......this will depend on what sort of shop and what you're employed to do there. Obviously if you work in the cold storage area the reasonable temperature will be a lot lower, given the circumstances.
