So i've decided to go for the wider plates.

Would it be best to buy them directly off the GHD website (103.50), or to go to ghd-uk and buy them off there (100.00 with some extras). Look fantastic are selling them for 95.00

Can i be sure that they are all original GHDs and not ripping me off?

Thanks for any help.xx

If you get a warranty with the cheaper ones, i would go for them. Have you checked how much your hairdresser sells them for?

Yeah i think you can get 1- 2 years warranty for the cheaper ones.

My hair dresser uses the Hair Tools ones, the same as i have now.

So, even though their cheaper, they'll definitely be real GHDs?

Thanks for answering alijangra. xx

Hope it helps, ws x
get them from regis 120 wide plates :)
Mine were 96 from local salon
Tesco's own brand - 9.97 :-) you are only paying for the name - waste of money IMHO....
depends what your hair is like, I have 9 pairs of straighteners and ghd outshine the rest by a mile. I have extremely curly think hair and none of them last other than ghd.
I have continual problem with mine (not GHD) catching hairs and pulling them out! ouch
Are you sure you need the wider plates?? I've tried both sizes and much prefer the slimmer ones, you get far more control!!!xx
