my mother left a named beneficiary a large sum of money but the executors of her will have failed to pay her we just recently found her will the probate office couldnt find it on five different occasions including a visit to london record office,after police intervention her will was found,then we realised this beneficiary had not been paid is this mal-administration on the part of the executors. thankyou
