Raid I never thaw meat before I cook it in the oven. I just wash the outside under running water - drip it dry - wrap it in aluminum foil and into the oven.
please please please dont do what BBwats his face says..........lamb is the only meat around this days with any flavour at all... to do this only restricts the flavour....when it comes to food be patiant .... take it out the nite before.. the flavoures all there cook it frozen you be aswell just eat a shoe sole.... but microwaving is acceptable to a degree but please patience wins everytime.. if you want to know the science behind hs please post another Q..
