any suggestions where to purchase heat pads that are heated in the microwave, preferable not with herbs inside, thanks.

You can buy them in Tesco's stores @ the moment, �5 for two, they are with the skiing clothes...... I saw them when I was in there to buy chocolate!!

Hi, You can get these in Boots but they are by the 'feminine products' section. If you can bear to venture in though, they are really good!

It was tounge in cheek!! Just a bit of Friday afternoon banter, I was actually being helpful.

You really can get them in Tesco's. They are the ones that heat up and then cool down again, because of a small round disk reacting to the solution encased in the pad. I bought some last week as I am off boarding in March.
