Hi, Any body had problems with the CSA up the amount you have to pay without any reasonable explanation.
In addition they have just upped my sons payments as they say he has underpaid by �1200. When challenged they stated that his payments were reviewed in March of last year and they have only just processed it.

I believe this is wrong as he has already committed himself and cannot afford these extra payments.

He also lives with us ( 2 OAPs) and pays housekeeping but is not allowed to offset this against payments.

Has anyone had similar problems, challenged the CSA and won. If so how did you go about it.

CSA are a load of rubbish. They stated a few years ago that all my Dad had to pay for us his 5 children was 5p a year! He did not even bother to pay that. He never paid his arrears either. It seems to me all they want to do is persecute the people that actually do pay for their children.
