The trainers are as new, and have still got the labels on them - apparently, they were destined for Baghdad (They were labelled as being part of a shipment for Ali's footwear shop - in the Al Kazimiya district - not joking - this is totally above board !!!

Absolutely nothing left - the whole lot has been stached in my (admittedly large) garage - sorry !!!
Anyway - they have posted (armed) guards there to prevent "borrowers" from doing what comes naturally - nothing to stop you from moving down the coast a little though - things are being washed up all the way to Weymouth now !!

Nice of you to openly reveal here that you're a nasty, thieving, grasping opportunistic smirking sh*t.
I gather there were hazardous chemicals on board too. How wonderful it would be to learn that the stolen goods were contaminated and all the looters broke out in weeping sores and lesions. That would be very funny.

john91, you are so right! I saw her humping a BMX bike off the beach yesterday. It had strapped on it three bags of fertiliser (for Tone's hair regrowth) and she was quoting the human rights act when I critisised her http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/news/article-233 82476-details/Cherie%3A+It%27s+my+human+right+ to+get+perks/article.do
I walloped her with my sack of nappies that I am selling on ebay.

Taking something that does not belong to you is stealing in what ever shape or foam. I was dismayed to see people looting the goods from the containers, bearing in mind that these containers were going to Africa, to poor nations in Africa. To hear that industries that employ poor Africans in South Africa will suffer loses and may close, leaving people without jobs as a result of this unfortunate incident. Insurance companies may refuse to pay out as the incident may be deemed a freak of nature. The looting that we witnessed on the television is not something that you would expect to see from this civilised nation. People have been very short sighted and just plundered what is not theres. Pure greed and evil. I personally have suffered a great loss, having lived in the UK for the last 14 years I decided to return my hard earned belongings back to my native Africa. All my belongings are on that ship, and to see people stealing those items on TV really broke my heart. What do you neeed a wine barrel for ? To think that that wine barrel could have been used productively to pack wine which is exported to the west, and providing much needed foreign currency which can be used to develop Africa. What are you going to use the wine barrel for ? I hope that guy who was showing off with the BMW motorbike that he has not worked for will be arrested when he tries to register it or what ever because he stole it. He did not work for it or pay for it.
Anyway - I am more concerned about the wildlife contaminated by oil in the area - insurance covers the losses brought about by pilferers - if not - why not
Surely nobody would be stupid enough to send valuables by sea - without adequate cover ?
Admittedly we will all pay in the long run through increased premiums - but the shipping firm should pay directly through the directors pockets
Especially as this notorious ship had caused problems before recently
