how do you cook a boned, stuffed chicken?

Hi, someone I know was clearing out their freezer, and with me being a student, they handed me what they didnt want. I want to cook this chicken but what is the best way to do it?

Then, treat it like an ordinary chicken to roast. Remember that it is solid meat/stuffing so it is going to take longer than a whole chicken of a similar size. Again, be sure that it is cooked RIGHT through and that the juices are running clear before you eat it.

Hannah - I have never cooked a frozen, boned, stuffed chicken - but knowing that bacteria develops on food as it thaws - I would keep it frozen, totally wrap it in aluminum foil and cook it VERY low and VERY slow in the oven until I was absolutely certain it was "well done" - OR while it is still frozen, put it in the slow cooker on low for 6 - 8 hours, depending on the size of the chicken.
