changing email address

when going through changing they want to know what is my outgoing mail server how do i find that out it please ?Or is there an easier way of me changing my address.Thanks.

Your ISP will have given you this information when you signed up for an account. If you've lost it, ring their customer services, or post the name of your ISP on here, and some helpful person who uses the same one will probably tell you.
