What is the name of the song which is used in the Maxwell House coffee commercial? The words go "Its fresh its exciting its so exciting to me". Is it an actual song?

never seen the ad but "kool and the gang" had a hit in 1984 with the title "fresh" with those lyrics. can't guarantee its the same song though! hope that helps
