Is Ken Livingstone a hypocrit?

Ken Livingstone has contributed his twopennies worth about the Big brother/C4 row. He says that C4 should have their license suspended over the 'racist' comments.
A while back KL himself was in hot water over 'racist' comments he made to a jewish photographer for which he refused to apologise.
I personally don't think either his remarks or those in the BB house could remotely be considered racist. But KL can't have it both ways.

A few words to remind people how Ken has improved London.............Congestion charging, stupid bendy buses, empty bus lanes, traffic chaos, parking fascists, dirty unsafe expensive public transport, emergency services and policing standards going downhill.
Add this to embracing with open arms leaders from countries where human rights are abused daily, and you have an idea of what KL is about. Do I think he's racist? No, not particularly. Do I think he's a self serving pocket liner with his own interests at heart? Well ~ he's a politician, isn't he?

however, the congestion charge was a good idea, having reduced the amount of pollution coming out of central london and he also made it free for under 18s on the bus. fair play to him, i don't know how it'd get around without it.
i dont know how many of you actually take public transport every day like me but it's much better than it used to be.
