Also it will depend on how long ago you got the Cauliflower, and whether they have now gone hard. Alternatively, as woofgang says i'm afraid it's cosmetic surgery.
However, one point of caution - this can make your ears turn purple - this is because it is difficult to judge how much liquid to remove, and if too much is removed, it can cause a form of internal bleeding in the ears. Because your ears are 'thin skinned', it can look purple.
