I left my husband 11 years ago thinking I will sell the house when the children get married. 5 yrs ago I bought a flat because rents were so high. 10 weeks ago my husband set fire to the house now he and my son are living with me while the house is repaired. I have paid half towards all costs for the house and all my own costs for my flat. I earn more than my husband what would I be entitled to if we decided to sell the house.

Erm, this sound slike you need proper legal advice - not something that could be answered on here. IF he set fire to the house deliberately have you involved the police because you should be entitled to compensation. Get yourself down the Citizen's Advice Bureau or a decent solicitors, good luck.
