psp wireless

hi me again i also have a psp and i have tried to connect it wirelessly to my wireless router ( sky.com) and i have no luck and have followed instructions from both sides ( sky and psp) still no luck - also followed info about wi fi connectivity regardind isp names and wep nos etc..... if ANYONE can help i would be indebted thnk u.....

Hi i had the same problem as you it was 'driving me mad' but i got there in the end by doing every that the router said to do & also what i had to do with the psp,(i guess the same as you have done) but what made it work in the end for me was to change the channel on my router (mine was set at 1 so i changed it to channel 10) you have to go into the modem router set up to do that & that seemed to do the job for me!

Hi mhangr i have tried changing channels and gone through settings on router (again) and it is now going between "connecting to access point" to exchanging key info" ???? it wasnt doing that b4 but it is a step closer anyway!!!! thanks 4 your help i will keep u updated.

Hi just thought of something what i did on my security key for router was made a new name that consisted of (13) numbers & words i.e 1234tekno5678 try that & good luck.

hi mhanger dont know if you are still watching this but i have moved my router from its original position to about 2 feet away...... as i must have been getting too much iterference from my speakers!!!!!! i have had browser now 4 about a week now, thanks 4 your help...
