Is there anything I can do to cut down the amount of fur my rabbit sheds? She is a mini-lop and I've started brushing her twice day but still there is hair absolutely everywhere!

There is not much you can do about the frequency of shedding, but you can try to minimise any possible negative effects on her health by frequent brushing (as you're doing) and by making sure she gets loads of fresh greens and hay to prevent hairballs and obstructions. I give small amounts of petromalt during heavy sheds, but that's probably overkill. I also find that wetting my hands a tiny bit and then stroking them helps remove stray fur as well.
