why do i keep getting very hot and cold all the time?

sometimes i just break out in a cold sweat and get unbearably hot to the point i just wanna take my clothes off to being cold and just wanting to wrap up and sit somewhere warm and then the cycle starts again. i do not feel ill or am getting ill. i am anaemic however. help me please!
