Who was the man featured in Nationwide who had a wife and mistress each of which had umpteen children. They lived somewhere in the southwest and he uesd to jogged across the moors between the two households. He didn't work but lived off the child benfit.

Yes, I know the one you mean. I believe he lived in Devon, Dartmoor perhaps - and one of his wives was called Shoe.
