Morning

I have tried soya milk and find it leaves a really strange taste in your mouth afterwards (a bit like cardboard). Has anyone tried rice or almond milk and would you recommend those over the soya variety?

I have tried some of the soya desserts as well and get that same taste.

Thanks.

I can't stomach cows milk or any of the soya, rice or almond milk .Non of it agrees with me .Soya milk is foul.
After much searching around I have been using Oatly mik now for ages .It makes lovely porridge ,is delish on cereals and you can use it in cooking.I don't have any milk in tea or coffee anyway but you can use it in them.
You can buy it at Tescos.

Thanks shaneystar2

I have seen the oat milk in Holland and Barrett healthstores. I will try that. I mostly use milk for cereals (particularly porridge or Weetabix) I hardly drink any tea or coffee. I will pop to Tesco to have a look next time I'm passing .

Thank you. :o)
