I myself need help this time!! Mr elderly has asked me to send in his Genius xword on line as he is in hospital. I can't quite make out his writing so would like your help please. 10D - They're worn in New York - bra, then, out East (5,4) BRONX?ATS. Very many thanks, elderly

I should perhaps have said it's an anagram of sox+bra+th(e)n...ie take the e for east out.
