UK tvs in Europe

Can anyone tell me how I can find out if my tv ( digihome 26inch hd ready LCD..is compatible with to use in Europe namely Austria.Ive had no luck tracking down the company that made it .Also is there a way of telling before lugging it all that way.

The system used in Britain and most of Europe except France is PAL so it should be ok in Austria

I bought an LCD with DVD combi from Argos for our apartment South Of France and it works fine. All you need is the plug adapter.

There it is on top of the sideboard happily displaying French TV (when it's turned on !)
